Education Series

Over the next 5 weeks, we will be offering classes that are meant to raise golfers’ awareness to their own games. Each week we will be offering a new topic of discussion to broaden a player’s mind and awareness to their own approach to the game of golf. 

Cost is $25 per session. Please see below for additional details and for online registration links. 


Class sizes are limited to 20 golfers. Golfers of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate. Sessions will take place in the simulator 3 space in the main building. Participants are not required to bring their own equipment. Any swings that are made, will use Titleist equipment provided by Glen Oak. All registrants will receive a beverage of their choice courtesy of Glen Oak. ALL attendees must register online prior to the event (including those from the same household).

Any participant who has attended all five seminars will be eligible for a unique opportunity. We look forward to sharing our love of the game with you and helping you raise your game to the next level!


Week 1: March 6th 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm (Register Online)
Get Your Game Ready: Three Key Elements to Elevate Your Game

Week one will focus on getting your game ready for the season by understanding the three key elements that impact every golfers’ ability to play their best golf. Presenters will be Rob Krajewski PGA Certified, Director of Player Development/Instruction and Anthony Schiro PGA Associate, Head Professional of Glen Oak GC.


Week 2: March 13th 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm (Register Online)
The Right Fit, Assessing Your Equipment

Week two will focus on “The Right Fit” and how to assess your equipment to make sure you are playing the gear to help your play your best golf. Presenters will be Rob Krajewski PGA Certified, Director of Player Development/Instruction and Anthony Schiro PGA Associate, Head Professional of Glen Oak GC. 


Week 3: March 20th 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm (Register Online)
Understanding Technology and The Data Provided

Week three will focus on “Understanding Technology and The Data Provided”. The numbers that are displayed on launch monitors can be a players most valuable feedback, if the data is understood and how it impacts their swing. This session will cover how to analyze your numbers and what they mean to your game. Week 4: March 27th 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm (Register Online)
How to Shave Strokes Quickly (Scoring Shots)

Week four will focus on “How to Shave Strokes Quickly” (scoring shots). For most players this involves shots from 100 yards and in. Mastering these shots will help take strokes off your game quickly. Week 5: April 3rd 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm (Register Online)
Fixing Your Faults

Week five will focus on “Fixing Your Faults”. This will be an interactive session with players picked randomly from the crowd to provide examples of some common faults we see in players games and how they can be fixed.
